About the Role:
The role of a Senior Java Developer is to design and develop technical solutions on cloud platforms using Springboot and Microservices. You will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to customer requirements, working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems using Java, Springboot, and Microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; work experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Java/Springboot/Microservices and exposure to AWS.
- Knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with application development and support.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP & Azure.
- Experience with web application support on NodeJS.
- Experience with Development/Support on Elasticsearch and Kibana.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams.
