Requirements:

  • Completed education.
  • 1+ year of experience in compensation (practical experience counts).
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (dynamic tables, V lookups).
  • Basic/Intermediate Power BI skills.
  • Database management skills.
