- Document and Track Defects: Document and track defects using issue tracking systems and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in Requirements Analysis: Participate in requirements analysis and review meetings to ensure testability and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Perform Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate changes and ensure that existing functionality remains unaffected.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing priorities, timelines, and objectives.
- Provide Feedback on Product Usability: Provide feedback on product usability, design, and user experience based on testing observations and findings.
- Stay Current with Industry Best Practices: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Proven Experience as a QA Analyst: Proven experience as a QA analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
- Proven Work Experience in Testing ETL/Database: Proven work experience in testing ETL/database is required.
- Solid Knowledge of Manual Testing Techniques and Tools: Solid knowledge of manual testing techniques and tools, as well as experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, ICEDQ).
- Extensive Knowledge of SQL, Document Database, and Scripting: Extensive knowledge of SQL, document database, and scripting is required.
- Experience with MDM/SAS/API Testing: Experience with MDM/SAS/API testing is a plus.
- Experience with AWS, Python/PySpark: Experience with AWS, Python/PySpark is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and articulate defects and inconsistencies.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
