About the Role

As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all imported tires sold in Mexico have the necessary NOM certification on time. This involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams based on our defined portfolio of products.

Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee that all products in our portfolio have NOM certificates available for customer requirements. You will also need to ensure that finished and non-finished product specifications are up-to-date and compliant with certificate requirements.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Maintaining an efficient process to guarantee all products in our portfolio have NOM certificates on time
  • Conforming finished and non-finished product specifications on-time to identify certificate requirements
  • Providing exact technical information in CROW and AS400 to ensure imports and deliveries of products to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional background in Engineering or Business
  • At least 2 years of experience in Imports with solid knowledge about NOM certifications, highly desirable NOM-086
  • English business proficiency
  • User level of Excel, AS400, CROW, Salesforce, highly desirable
