Commercial Print Program Coordinator

Join Vantiva, a leading company in the industry, as a Commercial Print Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of print services and materials, leading a growing team of print buyers, and ensuring the best possible quality and value for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Vendor Management: Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with print vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery conditions.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, production staff, procurement, account management, and sales representatives to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control print procurement budgets, analyzing cost structures and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured print materials and services meet the company's quality standards and specifications, addressing any quality issues with vendors and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Process Optimization: Streamline procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall procurement operations.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies in print production, providing recommendations for adopting new methods or materials that can benefit the company.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, vendor performance, and market trends to senior management.
- Associate's degree in Management, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field strongly preferred or commensurate education, training, and experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial print production, print buying, or print program management.
- High degree of proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and proficiency in project management software and tools.
- 1 year supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and technologies.
- Excellent professional-level written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, geographic regions, different levels of internal and external client organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, other departments, and interact with various work behavior styles.
- Highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- Must exercise judgment to make high-level decisions that will result in a positive impact to the team and company.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Leadership qualities needed for providing direction, influencing, and motivating others.
- Proficient ability to read, write, converse in, and understand English.
