Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly proficient Senior Project Manager and Analyst to lead infrastructure and construction initiatives while conducting comprehensive analyses across various school operations within our region. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with construction teams, school leadership, and regional executives to ensure the effective execution of projects and strategic initiatives. This role also entails working with global teams to facilitate the implementation of international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion, managing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Perform thorough analyses of school operations, including enrollment trends, financial performance, and educational outcomes.
  • Engage with school leadership and stakeholders to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to tackle challenges.
  • Support regional executives in the rollout of global projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external teams to meet project milestones and deliverables within budget and on schedule.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, emphasizing key achievements, risks, and challenges.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with construction teams, school administrators, and global partners.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and educational administration to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within the education sector or related fields.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the region.

Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the regional CEO.
