We're seeking a Cloud Operations Lead to join our team as we open our McDonald's Capability Center (MCC) in Mexico City. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of cloud-based applications and infrastructure during onsite hours. As the primary point of contact for application stakeholders, you'll ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in cloud administration. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards are essential.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team, collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement cloud strategies, and maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure and configurations.
