Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Autoliv Mexico.

Job Overview:

This role will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensuring policy compliance and regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing, interpreting, and monitoring human resources statistical reports, as well as collaborating on training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Ensure policy compliance and regulations are met in all areas of human resources.
  • Prepare, interpret, and monitor human resources statistical reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training and development programs that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance assessments and provide feedback to employees.
  • Analyze market data to inform HR decisions and strategy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field. You should have knowledge of legal requirements, Mexican labor law, union and legal compliance, wellness programs, payroll regulations, and experience in planning events and motivational programs is a plus. English skills are required for this role.

Estimated Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience.
