**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and execute our operations strategy across manufacturing, SMT, molding, and building maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and implementing the operations strategy, managing personnel and resources, and collaborating on significant manufacturing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement the operations strategy to achieve maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives.
  • Manage personnel, equipment, and facility resources to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the automation department to facilitate the implementation of automated machines and equipment.
  • Plan and execute the capital budget and operating expenses.
  • Implement new manufacturing concepts or techniques to improve quality and/or capabilities or to lower costs.
  • Coordinate manufacturing engineering efforts to determine methods, systems, tools, and recommend modifications to the design.
  • Supervise/coordinate product activities, monitor quality, meeting delivery goals.
  • Coordinate solutions to manufacturing problems with other departments of the company.
  • Provide accurate production reports.
  • Ensure proper communication system between shifts.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of the building and equipment.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, in a management position.
  • Experience in finance, material control (MRP), and quality.
  • Good negotiator/communicator.
  • Experience implementing world-class manufacturing methodologies.
  • Computer skills (MS Office).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, and speak).
  • Experience with Electronic assembly manufacturing processes.
  • High leadership skills and high communication skills in an English leadership environment.
