We are seeking a Production Supervisor to support our exceptional teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, located in Aguascalientes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a production line, ensuring the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery, and time for the proper execution of production plans.
  • Supervise and develop the team under your responsibility.
  • Be responsible for the End-to-End process.
  • Analyze bottlenecks.
  • Meet hourly targets.
  • Closing work orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Low and High Volume environments.
  • Knowledge in Backend.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of production control systems (Series, flows, traceability).
  • People management.
  • General Excel management.
  • 5S.
  • Availability of schedule.
  • Knowledge of BAAN.
