Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our product strategy and development initiatives in the Mexican market. This role is pivotal in aligning our products with market demand, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the credit product department in Mexico, focusing on organizational development, process creation, and personnel training.
  • Fully responsible for the design, development, and strategic planning of credit products in Mexico, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Manage product feature iterations, define project requirements, and facilitate communication between departments such as development, testing, and project management to ensure successful product functionality.
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for the app, enhancing overall user activity and loyalty.
  • Conduct deep market analysis, identify user needs, and develop product strategies to increase metrics like daily transaction volume, user engagement, and retention.
  • Lead industry research, competitive analysis, and data reporting to inform product innovation and trend analysis for the Mexican market.
  • Lead the product team, ensuring continuous improvement of the company's product capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation and performance.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory changes, producing detailed reports to guide the product team's strategies and innovations.
Requirements
  • Must have extensive experience in credit products in Mexico, with a deep understanding of the market, regulations, and consumer behaviors.
  • Proven skills in leading product teams, managing development processes, and executing product strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify market trends, drive innovation, and align product development with the company's broader business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of product design, planning, and execution, with an emphasis on user experience and market demands.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
