Job Summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling and deploying internal programs and processes that promote inclusion and diversity within our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the service delivery of programs and initiatives related to Work(place) Forward, including training & development, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Administer processes and support internal and external stakeholders with relevant resource tools, training, and communication materials.
  • Act as a central point of contact for Work(place) Forward related questions or requests and maintain all program collateral.
  • Coordinate work, projects, and communications; prepare agendas, high-quality reports, presentations, and other materials for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in measuring results by creating reports, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.
  • Understand technology for process administration, facilitation, and communication, including key platforms powered by Workday, ServiceNow, and Perceptyx.
  • Develop SOPs and participate in the ongoing review and improvement of programs.
  • May liaise with external stakeholders or vendors.
  • Additional duties as assigned; aligned with business, department, and/or development needs.
Requirements
  • Ability to flex work hours to accommodate global time-zones.
  • 2-4 years of Human Resources related experience.
  • Excellent organization skills and a self-starter who is comfortable working in both independent and collaborative team environments.
  • Experience working in positions that are employee facing.
  • Good listener and excellent communicator.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Critical thinking skills and analytical skills.
  • Tech Savvy - Excited about technology. Proficient in Office tools.
