In this pivotal role as a Key Performance Recruiter - Business Partner, you will leverage your exceptional recruitment skills to drive business growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned recruiter with 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, boasting a strong track record of identifying and securing top talent.
As a business partner, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the organization. Your expertise will be sought after to design and execute sourcing plans, manage candidate pipelines, and optimize the hiring process for maximum efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recommendations on candidate selection
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR professionals, industry contacts, and candidates
- Utilizing data analytics to inform recruitment decisions and measure the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a similar business partnering capacity
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
