Pricing Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Pricing Specialist to lead our distributor pricing efforts globally. As a key member of our pricing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective distributor price programs, ensuring timely and accurate distributor payments, and establishing a distributor pricing network for improved price communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in distributor pricing globally, including schedules, programs, and customers
  • Lead and implement effective distributor price programs
  • Responsible for distributors' purchase price vs SPA rebate submissions, including audits and on-time distributor payments
  • Develop and establish a distributor pricing network for improved distributor price communications
  • Join a multifaceted global pricing team on a digital pricing transformation journey, leading CPQ price and cost model configuration
  • Implement price management activities on modified quote pricing and special price agreements to collect value of our product portfolio offerings
  • Develop data analytics, including monitoring the effectiveness of price programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics required
  • 2+ years' experience analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, and marketing areas
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate solutions with individuals with differing goals and strong opinions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and quantitative problem-solving, systems savvy including various ERP systems, JD Edwards, M3, SAP
  • Strong mathematical skills and the ability to find answers to business questions in large data sets
  • Excellent digital literacy, including the ability to work optimally in Microsoft Office applications and R studios
  • Experience in performing Competitive Analysis
