Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Monterrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting computer systems, ensuring the integrity and availability of all hardware. This role will involve daily system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows
- VMWare experience is a must
- Experience with F5 (load balancer, firewalls, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, understanding, analyzing, and troubleshooting
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or engineering
- 5+ years' experience in systems administration
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS administration, configuration, and installation, including Windows 7, 8, and 10 in an enterprise environment
- Networking experience
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Superior listening skills
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
- Ability to present technical ideas in user-friendly language
