**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and facilities, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

**Responsibilities**

Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant authorities. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, assisting individuals with disabilities and thanking guests with genuine appreciation. Speak clearly and professionally with others, supporting team members to reach common goals and ensuring adherence to quality expectations.

**Requirements**
