We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Operations Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in managing the renewal quote-to-cash process for high-touch contracts in collaboration with our Customer Success Management team. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining an accurate 120-day forecast of renewals for high-touch accounts and identifying potential risks.
- Collaborating with the operations team to streamline contract entry processes and report weekly status updates to leadership.
- Liaising between Customer Success Managers and Contract Entry Operations Teams for high-touch accounts.
- Supporting proposal interactions, revisions, and data integrity across various systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM systems are highly desirable. English is a must, while Spanish language skills are highly valued.
