The Environmental Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) matters within the Life Science sector, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role will play a vital part in promoting a safe and healthy working environment in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies and programs.
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics.
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
- Manage compliance with all EHS regulations.
- Oversee reporting and record keeping activities.
- Manage safety training initiatives.
- Lead incident investigations.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders on EHS matters.
Requirements:
- A degree in safety management, engineering, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrable knowledge in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
- A strong understanding of EHS regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to health and safety.
