Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Butler Manager to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Butler Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the Conrad Concierge Team and setting departmental goals to deliver exceptional Guest and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise Daily Operations

Oversee the daily activities of the Concierge Team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and exceptional Guest service.

Set Departmental Objectives

Establish and communicate departmental goals, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with Hilton's vision.

Monitor Team Performance

Regularly assess the appearance, standards, and performance of the Concierge Team Members, providing coaching and training to enhance teamwork and Guest satisfaction.

Ensure Guest Satisfaction

Monitor Guest feedback and implement actions to improve results, ensuring a high level of Guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain Communication

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all hotel areas, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Project a Professional Manner

Exhibit a professional demeanor, emphasizing hospitality and Guest service excellence in all interactions.

Adhere to Policies and Procedures

Act in accordance with Hilton's policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.

Attend Meetings

Participate in Front of House/Hotel meetings as required, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements
  1. Education

A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent is required.

Experience

Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure, or retail sector is essential.

Skills

Strong commercial awareness, sales capabilities, excellent leadership skills, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.

Prior Experience

Previous experience working as a Concierge Supervisor or Head Concierge in a hotel environment is advantageous.
