Job Description:
Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth and excellence in your previous roles?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in CDMx. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Senior Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the US market.
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align the SDR strategy with broader company objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to manage team performance.
  • Providing detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Developing training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Working closely with HR to recruit high-caliber SDRs and ensure the team is fully staffed.

About You:
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
