In this role, you will operate through the pillars of Training and Development, Program Implementation and Design, Mentorship and Coaching, Performance Metrics, and Communication and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and contribute to the development of programs tailored to early-career, mid-career, and advanced career development for NIQ associates and leaders.
- Conduct assessments to identify the career development needs of associates and create content that supports those needs.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, external training providers, and industry experts on trends to enhance program offerings and deliver content.
- Coordinate with existing mentorship program to accelerate learning and development of associates.
- Develop, manage, and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of career development programs.
- Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
