Job Title: Generación Reportes Regulatorios de Cartera Comercial

La función de Data/Information Mgt Int Anlst es un rol profesional en desarrollo. Maneja la mayoría de los problemas de manera independiente y tiene alguna libertad para resolver problemas complejos. Integra conocimientos especializados en profundidad con una comprensión sólida de los estándares y prácticas de la industria. Tiene una buena comprensión de cómo el equipo y el área se integran con otros para lograr los objetivos de la subfunción/familia laboral. Aplica pensamiento analítico y conocimientos de herramientas y métodos de análisis de datos. Requiere atención al detalle al hacer juicios y recomendaciones basadas en el análisis de información factual. Normalmente maneja problemas variables con un impacto potencialmente más amplio en la empresa. Aplica juicio profesional al interpretar datos y resultados. Descompone la información de manera sistemática y comunicable. Se requieren habilidades de comunicación y diplomacia desarrolladas para intercambiar información potencialmente compleja/sensible. Impacto moderado pero directo a través de un contacto cercano con las actividades nucleares de la empresa. La calidad y oportunidad del servicio proporcionado afectarán la efectividad del propio equipo y otros equipos relacionados de manera cercana.

Responsabilidades:
  • Esta función cubre a los incumbentes responsables de diversas actividades de datos, que incluyen administración de bases de datos, análisis de datos, mantenimiento, calidad de datos y administración o ingeniería de diseño de bases de datos.
  • Responsable de trabajo operativo o administrativo rutinario.
  • Las acciones diarias se centran en la administración de procedimientos definidos, análisis y preparación de informes.
  • Los individuos tendrán su trabajo revisado y verificado exhaustivamente por incumbentes más senior y tendrán un contacto limitado fuera de su área inmediata.
  • Entrega diaria de salidas rutinarias y definidas, mientras se desarrolla el conocimiento del contexto más amplio en el que se está realizando el trabajo.
  • Evalúa adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular para la reputación de la empresa y la protección de Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento con las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, cumpliendo con la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido sobre el comportamiento personal, el comportamiento y las prácticas comerciales, y elevando, gestionando y reportando problemas de control con transparencia.
Requisitos:
  • 2-5 años de experiencia relevante.
  • Capacidad para pensar estratégicamente y la capacidad de involucrar recursos fuera de su control directo para lograr objetivos.
  • Conocimientos sobre herramientas analíticas (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS, etc.).
  • Experiencia con big data y aprendizaje automático (R, Python, etc.).
Formación:
  • Grado de bachillerato o experiencia equivalente.

Consolidar los datos e información contenida por la institución clasificada por los dominios: clientes, finanzas, créditos, ahorro, personas, cobranza, operaciones, canales, remesas, seguros y riesgos con la finalidad de asegurar la disponibilidad, calidad, relevancia y precisión de los datos gobernados.

Actividades:

  • Automatización de procesos manuales.
  • Generación de informes para reguladores internos y externos (CNVB).
  • Aseguramiento de la calidad de la información.
  • Remediación de procesos BAU.
  • Dar seguimiento y revisión a la documentación proporcionada por las áreas de negocio.
  • Crear tableros de calidad de datos tanto para datos maestros como para datos transaccionales.
  • Dar seguimiento a reportes de calidad de datos periódicos y promover que se tomen acciones necesarias ante comités de datos.
