- IT and Business Background: Have a passion for IT and motivation to learn new skills, with a certain level of IT or business background and/or experience.
- Language Proficiency: Be bilingual, with the ability to speak and write in both Spanish and English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Workspace and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team, clients, and external partners.
