Financial Strategist

Job Summary: As a key member of Jing Dong Logistics' finance team, we are seeking a strategic Financial Business Partner to provide insightful financial guidance and support to our business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for finance, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Jing Dong's financial goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to formulate and implement financial strategies, driving growth and profitability.
• Provide accurate financial analysis to support decision-making and enhance profitability, conducting regular financial reviews and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating financial insights and acting as a financial advisor for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Financial Analysis/FP&A, preferably within logistics, distribution, warehouse, or transportation industries.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Excel) and accounting systems.
