We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Design Specialist to join our team at Resideo Technologies Inc. as an essential member of the Digital Experience Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective and aesthetic on-brand and on-strategy creative assets, including product graphics, emails, social media graphics, banners, digital/print catalogs, packaging, and other customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Execution: Design and execute compelling creative assets for websites, mobile apps, product launches, packaging, logos, social media graphics and banners, advertising, digital signage, email campaigns, and more.
- Asset Management: Manage and produce digital design assets, including sizing and versioning of your work.
- Content Management: Maintain, update, and publish content on the company's websites using our CMS tool.
- Timely Production: Ensure timely and accurate production, posting, and linking of content.
- Image Editing: Perform image editing, such as shadowing, cropping, resizing, and optimizing for web.
- Brand Guidelines: Follow brand guidelines and work within templates where applicable.
- Print-Ready Files: Create press-ready files for printed projects, such as packaging and sell sheets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house team.
- Portfolio: Portfolio of your design work, which should demonstrate fully executed digital design work.
- Software Skills: Proficient at using Sketch/Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design Principles: Knowledge of digital and print design/production principles.
- Communication: Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language, inclusive of written and verbal communication.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Experience designing digital marketing promotions or advertising.
- CMS Experience: Experience with publishing web content via CMS tool. Experience with INSITE or Spire is a plus.
- Marketing Automation: Experience designing emails and/or landing pages in a marketing automation (ERP) system like Marketo, preferred but not required.
- Project Management: Working knowledge of Excel, Workfront, or Wrike, a plus.
- Image Selection: An eye for selecting engaging, appropriate images to accompany text.
- Team Player: Team player that collaborates well with other designers.
- Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and personal accountability with a professional demeanor.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy.
