- Process Development Follow-up: Lead the control and management of new equipment and process development from conception to completion, ensuring optimal efficiency and ergonomics.
- Plant Support and Coaching: Provide technical support to the plant team, enhancing their overall competency and expertise in manufacturing processes.
- Standardization and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain a rich supplier pool, lead suppliers to follow best practices, and improve their service level. Support the purchaser in contract negotiations to reduce MBC costs.
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry, directly supporting assembly operations.
- Experience working with multiple regions on process performance or deployment activities.
- Application of Lean and Six Sigma techniques, including Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Value Stream mapping, Kaizen events, Visual Workplace, etc.).
- Examples of continuous improvement, positively impacting safety, quality, and labor efficiency metrics.
- Advanced English language skills.
