About the Role
- Provide data-driven insights, create engaging reports, and collaborate with international teams to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients' benefits databases.
- Support the implementation and use of WTW's global governance technology platforms.
- Coordinate multi-country projects, including benchmarking, inclusive benefits, wellbeing, cost savings initiatives, and governance processes.
Key Requirements:
- 0-2 years of related work experience.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Planning and time management skills, well-organized, and high attention-to-detail with ability to prioritize conflicting work schedules.
- Multicultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Proactivity and self-direction.
- Teamwork and international collaboration, including working remotely with colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with employee benefits consulting, administration, or insurance market is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
