Key Responsibilities- System Enhancement Identification: Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements.
- Issue Analysis and Resolution: Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Business Process Analysis: Utilize knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex issues.
- Evaluative Judgement: Analyze information and make evaluative judgements to recommend solutions and improvements.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications.
- Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Relevant Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Programming Skills: Experience in programming/debugging used in business applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of industry practice and standards.
- Business Area Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of specific business area for application development.
- Communication Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities- Requirement Review: Revisión de requerimiento/ user historys para identificar impactos en aplicaciones de Nómina, Domiciliación, Pagos de Servicios e Impuestos.
- System SME Review: Revisar los requerimientos con los SMEs de los sistemas para identificar impactos y estimaciones.
- Technical Design: Elaborar diseños técnicos y diagramas de flujos de soluciones técnicas.
- Programming: Desarrollos en lenguaje JAVA, C, COBOL en plataformas LINUX y UNISYS.
- Testing: Realizar pruebas unitarias y de integración a los cambios realizados en las aplicaciones.
- Documentation: Elaborar documentos de cambios y dar seguimiento a la liberación de proyecto.
- Rollback Process: Elaborar procesos de rollback y seguimiento a la post implementación en producción.
