Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and scheduling of raw materials for production
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance against materials schedule
  • Create work orders, review messages, expedite and follow up production priorities and regular schedules
  • Coordinate the internal processing and movement of materials from stores to the production line to meet manufacturing schedule requirements
  • Organize and track shipments for dispatch from the supply base to ensure on-time delivery at the plant
  • Responsible for creating work orders, expediting and following up on production priorities
  • Responsible for creating, managing and strictly following regular schedules
  • Work alongside upper management and internal personnel to create efficient plans for miscellaneous projects and overall work

Requirements

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
