Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the organization in complying with regulatory requirements and agency guidelines.
- Participate in the ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of compliance programs.
- Evaluate internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
- Conduct and facilitate internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose, and remedy risks and deficiencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory principles and concepts.
- Professional degree in a relevant discipline, such as law, business, or public policy.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
