Industrial Robotics Service Sales Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Service Sales Engineer to join our global team of innovators. As part of our organization, you'll work alongside skilled professionals at the forefront of automation, contributing to real-world solutions that transform industries and shape the future of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional sales engineer for Queretaro, Mexico
- Effectively communicate with end users, distributors, system integrators, and Universal Robots teams
- Manage allocated service sales budget, order booking, and long-term service contract execution
- Collaborate with equipment sales processes to drive point-of-sale service offers and automate sales through the sales force
- Train and coach service sales representatives on sales and customer care processes
- Value position UR Care offerings and future value add services for customers and partners
- Coordinate service delivery in the region with field service engineers, tech support teams, remote service teams, and factory repair centers
- Utilize business and operations tools to drive world-class sales – salesforce, field service module, service mobility, and standard work
- Lead business reviews with customers and partners in the regions, developing custom service maintenance agreements with channel partners
- Demonstrate high service levels to customers through repeat sales of service contracts, price gains, and high customer satisfaction scores
- Implement sales strategies using strategic sales tools and processes
- Cultivate relationships at all levels within customers' organizations and within Universal Robots
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, engineering, or related subject
- High English proficiency
- 5+ years of regional service engineer or service sales experience in industrial equipment industry
- Experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products
- Strong understanding of value propositions for end-users
- Business acumen for decision-making at various levels
- People management skills in sales
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and cross-cultural awareness
- This position requires 50%+ travel
- Comfortable utilizing up-sell techniques via value and pain-point based selling
- Demonstrated consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- In-depth knowledge of commercial compliance and risk management
