About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced project coordinator to oversee project activity, providing timely reviews and progress monitoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning and budget control, including direct and indirect costs, labor, equipment, materials, and other expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Management: Define and revise project cash flow, forecasting monthly draws for all suppliers, general contractors, design management companies, etc.
  • Inventory Control: Organize construction site inventory, monitoring and controlling all materials, equipment on laydown areas, as well as tools, miscellaneous items, heavy equipment such as cranes, scaffolding, welding machines, etc.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Monitor and control all billing invoices for the project
  • Cost Control Reporting: Develop and issue cost control reports (actual x baseline and forecast) including cash flow, contingency, and financial S-Curve
  • Risk Management: Support Risk Management process on qualitative and quantitative analysis, defining risk response plans, mitigation costs, and risk simulations (e.g. Montecarlo Model)
  • Performance Analysis: Develop, analyze, and report Cost Performance Index (CPI), reviewing metrics to ensure project performance during execution, commissioning, and operational phases
  • Detailed Review: Detailed review and analysis of project performance and reporting to understand key metrics, Schedule Performance Index (SPI), key productivity tracking, etc.
Requirements:
  • Ensure accuracy of key project metrics in a timely manner, adhering to corporate guidelines (e.g. GIA) and project management best practices as described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • Support the project change management process, confirming impacts are within approved budgets avoiding overcommitments
  • Provide input in the tender process to ensure proposals are within established budgets
  • Maximize benefits with internal projection systems, helping set up project control dashboards for global and local teams
  • Provide insights to project managers on compilation, submission, and negotiation of variations to contracts - both at client/project level and supplier/subcontractor level
  • Control all project-relevant documents for GIA compliance
  • Control access into confidential documents on Nutranet teams, keeping updated and interacting with global Nutreco IT
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
