About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at Kohler Co. in Monterrey. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for promoting, developing, and coordinating the implementation of industrial safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomic, occupational health, security, and fire protection programs at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee environmental, safety, occupational health, security, and fire protection policies.
  • Develop and promote the implementation of corporate programs for environmental, occupational health, industrial safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, security, and fire protection.
  • Promote the implementation of the corporate safety system (KSMS) and environmental/sustainability system.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and coordinate best practices with Kohler Plants in the United States.
  • Coordinate medical service personnel, safety specialist personnel, environmental/sustainability engineer, and security and fire protection coordinator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in supervisory/manager positions, with a focus on safety, security, and environmental areas.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and industrial hygiene.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based software applications.
  • Bilingual preferred.
