- Present Designs and Incorporate Feedback: Present designs to internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (applications without portfolios will not be considered).
- Background in B2B Sales and Marketing: Background in B2B sales and marketing.
- Design Skills: Proficiency designing in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, G-suite, and other relevant tools.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Remote Work: Fully remote.
- Contractor Position: 1099 contractor position.
- Flexible Hours: Flexible hours but availability for team communication during business hours.
