Job Responsibilities:
To ensure the efficient and effective operation of the station, the Operations Agent II will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Airway Bill Entry: Daily entry of airway bills into the system.
- Time Card Management: Daily entry of Time Card information into the PC.
- Customer Communication: Handling D/T packages and informing customers of payment.
- Report Preparation: Gathering information for different company reports.
- Phone and Message Handling: Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages as required.
- Paperwork Preparation: Preparing paperwork for outbound packages (airways bills, PO Box, and address).
- Customer Support: Assisting customers by answering questions on basic features of service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the Operations Agent II will require:
- High School Degree/Equivalent.
- Previous Clerical Experience: Including typing (25/35 WPM), data entry, and/or general office skills.
- Good Human Relations and Communication Skills.
- Clear and Articulate Speaking Voice.
- Ability to Lift 70 Lbs and Maneuver Packages: With appropriate equipment, the ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record.
- Fluent in English.
