**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**:

As a Senior Business Process Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll Solutions, you will lead project implementation through preparation, exploration, and design based on solution leading practices. You will configure solutions, create test cases, schedule and execute tests, provide key user training, and offer go-live support and post-go-live support.

You will analyze technical and functional integration requirements and support escalated projects. You will perform feasibility studies and solution reviews, and support pre- and post-sales activities.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:

You will perform payroll requirements gathering with clients, understand payroll processes and solution leading practices, and follow up on payroll solution roadmaps and trends associated with the technology.

You will discuss value propositions for clients to rotate to the new solution, take responsibility as a solution project team lead, and support respective line managers in people development tasks.

You will plan process implementation, develop and assure quality of process models, and demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools.

You will act as a coach for colleagues and have a good understanding of industry-specific business processes.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:

You will have a minimum of 6 years of work experience and a minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll for Mexico.

You will have experience in at least two full-cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll for Mexico, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll configuration, tax setup, and payroll schema.

You will have knowledge in Mexican Legal Reports and localizations, and experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

You will have a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, a university degree or equivalent work experience, and proficiency in Spanish and English.
