This role will report to the Sr Dir, Americas People Partnerships and serve as the Senior People Business Partner for a part of our Go To Market Team.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in HR strategic leadership, managing multiple states or countries within a region, remote workers, and a mix of experiences in HR COEs and generalist functions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and implement talent development programs to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and their teams on employee relations, engagement, inclusion, and acquisition activities.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Team to forecast talent needs and to ensure that a pipeline of exceptional talent is flowing into the organization which meets forecasted needs.
- Develop and execute annual and bi-annual plans/OKRs using COE support to ensure continuous improvements are realized in relation to key metrics like Turnover, Retention, Diversity, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the education industry.
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and Employee Engagement platforms.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and highly accountable to own results.
