Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of software systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve software development processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and related technologies.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and experience with AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rust and/or Python.
- Knowledge of big data processing technologies, such as Apache Spark.
- Experience with change data capture data pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
