Renewals Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewals Coordinator to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our Contract Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of data entry for all renewal types in Salesforce.

• Complete data entry of all renewal types in Salesforce
• Coordinate with the Renewals team to ensure data entry is complete in a timely manner
• Confirm accuracy of the data entered by reviewing legal documents and Salesforce renewal agreements
• Research and data entry to finalize complex SaaS conversions, including cancellations and credit/rebills
• Identify and resolve contract issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Assist with special projects and update entitlements on renewal agreements
• Provide support and guidance to the Product Management Group
• Assist with audits and consult with Legal on contract language or disputes

• Working knowledge of Contract Management
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Workday
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
