Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our collaborative development team. As a key member of our backend squad, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing robust server-side applications using Node.js, Express.js, OpenAPI, API Gateway, and Swagger specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance server-side Node.js applications using the Express.js framework, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features, integrating server-side logic with client-side applications.
• Mentor and coach junior developers on best practices, code quality, and efficient development methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Node.js, Express.js, OpenAPI, API Gateway, Swagger, and Jest, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding development teams.
