Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Reward Strategy: Assist in creating and implementing a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business objectives.
- Manage Key Areas of Reward, Benefits, and Pensions: Oversee the management of key areas of reward, benefits, and pensions, ensuring that they are aligned with the firm's overall strategy.
- Liaise with Third Parties: Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to develop a consistent best practice approach to reward, benefits, and pensions.
- Manage Data Integration: Ensure seamless data integration between Benefits Vendors and HRSS, participating in global calls to coordinate with regional Benefits partners and vendor calls to provide status updates.
- Update Project Management Tools: Update Citi project management tools with status reports for Benefits projects and activities.
- Ensure Regional Benefits Partnerships: Ensure that regional Benefits partners are providing deliverables on time to Vendors and project is on schedule.
- Evaluate Complex Issues: Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues concerning benefits with substantial potential impact.
- Influence Decisions: Influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in the area of specialization.
- Assume Leadership Role: Assume informal/formal leadership role within teams through coaching and training new recruits.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities, consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
