Architectural Project Manager Job Description

Ware Malcomb is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of architectural projects from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire projects, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and construction services.
  • Lead consultants and internal resources to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the development of contract documents and adhere to budgets.
  • Facilitate contracts, construction site representation, and serve as primary client contact.
  • Coordinate with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on project management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale architecture projects and master plans.
  • Ability to coordinate complete sets of contract documents for construction.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes.
