Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining precise records of contracts, purchase orders, and ensuring vendor documents are up to date.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to manage timelines and guarantee the prompt supply of goods and services.
- Preparing and analyzing reports to track procurement metrics, which will inform strategic decisions around vendor performance and cost efficiency.
- Getting involved in managing the early stages of supplier selection, proposal evaluation, and contributing to effective contract oversight.
- Joining forces with the wider procurement team to enhance procedures and champion continuous improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience within procurement, purchasing, or a related administrative field. You should have exceptional organizational capabilities, the ability to multitask without compromising on quality, and a solid grasp of procurement fundamentals.
