Job Title: UX Researcher

At Digital Grid, we are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement usability testing plans to validate design concepts
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development
  • Develop and maintain usability standards and guidelines
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in usability testing tools and software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with prototyping tools and design software
  • Knowledge of analytics and data analysis
  • Ability to travel for usability testing and research
