We are seeking a results-driven Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team at KitchenSync. As a critical component of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, including staff management, training, and development.

  • You will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and company policies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • With a focus on internal control, you will maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Staff Accountant responsibilities for up to 10 clients during the first 90 days
  • Assist in the hiring process of Staff Accountants with Client Finance Manager
  • Train, supervise, and mentor Staff Accountants
  • Oversee all aspects of the accounting process
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Attend client financial meetings

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience (restaurant accounting experience highly preferred)
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • High English proficiency (both written and verbal)
