As a Senior Brand Designer, you will elevate the level of craft across every project, partnering closely with our senior brand strategy team and design director.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop brand identity, collaborating with stakeholders to understand the brand's values, mission, and target audience.
* Create visual elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery that embody the brand's essence.
* Establish comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
* Design marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and other branded collateral consistent with the brand's visual identity.
* Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align design initiatives with broader brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
* Develop visual storytelling concepts that effectively communicate the brand's narrative and values across various channels.

**Requirements:**

* A portfolio of outstanding and highly crafted brand design work from a top agency or brand.
* Superpowers across the Adobe creative suite.
* Experience of delivering impactful design projects either agency or in-house.
* Confident in your creative thinking and able to challenge briefs and the status quo.
* Ability to interact with coworkers effectively and appropriately at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
* Ability to interpret feedback and make changes to creative work in response to feedback.
* Able to offer constructive insights, options, and ideas to keep projects moving forward.
