Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and create requirements using document analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Define project scope and objectives through interaction with business owners and technical teams.
  • Develop business cases and project summaries, prepare needs analysis and problem definition, and identify current and desired states.
  • Ensure accurate and clean documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and report findings.
  • Develop technical solutions to resolve business problems and suggest improvements and efficiencies based on company and industry frameworks.
  • Facilitate professional communication with users on production issue status and inform them of resolution methods.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, business/commerce, statistics, computer science, economics, or mathematics is mandatory.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Analyst or similar role is required.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau Desktop (certification preferred) and Tableau Server is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong skills in auditing logistics or operations information, coordinating and categorizing data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and act swiftly on projects and goals.
