About the Role

Baxter is a leading global healthcare company that is deeply connected by its mission to save and sustain lives. As a Strategic Fulfillment Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and improving profitability across the End-to-End Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Site Strategic Improvement Plans (SSIPs) that align with the Global Regional Hoshin Plan and drive operational excellence across the assigned markets.
  • Implement and lead Lean & Six Sigma programs, including training, strategies, and tools for continuous improvement.
  • Own data analytics to identify trends, risks, and focus areas, and support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with regional partners to ensure accurate monthly Fulfillment performance is represented in Global and Regional scorecards.
  • Govern and drive the Supply Chain Margin Improvement Program (MIPs) and ensure project owners are assigned and held accountable.
  • Drive governance and provide support to the markets' improvement projects pipeline to minimize and reduce Fulfillment costs as a % of net sales assigned.
  • Support Commercial and Finance colleagues to develop and implement robust financial budgeting and management processes.
  • Implement and lead recognition schemes to encourage a continuous improvement and innovation culture.
Requirements
  • Confirmed experience in a data-driven insights (analytics) and process optimization role.
  • Validated understanding of strategy deployment, performance measures, and financial/supply chain platforms.
  • Experience in Transportation, Warehousing, and International Freight improvement projects.
  • Experience in engagement with 3rd party logistics providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience of corporate business environments and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in English Language.
  • Process flow re-design, mapping, and data-driven decision making.
  • Root cause and problem-solving tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt certification (desired).
  • Financial Acuity (Resourceful).
  • Intermediate-to-Advance Excel skills.
  • Critical Thinking (Expert).
  • Leadership Expectations (Strategic).
