- Develop standards, materials, weld joint design, and welding processes, ensuring compliance with Valeo's quality standards.
- Troubleshoot welding problems and provide corrective solutions, minimizing downtime and optimizing production.
- Monitor QCDM and propose and implement improvements, driving continuous quality and cost efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanic, or Administration.
- Desired knowledge in production, maintenance, and projects, with a strong focus on industrialization and optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
