Recruiting Specialist

Taylor-Listug, Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruiting Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our hiring managers and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating interviews and selecting candidates for positions
• Preparing and distributing job advertisements and promotional materials
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities

In addition, the Recruiting Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees, to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

This role requires a high level of autonomy and initiative, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in recruiting or human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
